Mental Health for the Unseen.

Support from the comfort of your own home

Keshet

Hebrew for Rainbow, it’s a symbol of loving kindness, and represents the peace, calm, beauty, and awe that comes after a storm.

Keshet Counseling was founded to help the unseen feel seen. I specialize in helping people navigate the difficulties and trauma of complex issues that often go unrecognized in our culture - antisemitism, chronic illness, specifically Lyme Disease, Mold Toxicity, sensitivities, and invisible disabilities.

Daniella, founder of Keshet Counseling, also enjoys helping Highly Sensitive People, and those impacted by Narcissistic Abuse, Bipolar 2 Disorder, Love Addiction, codependency, multicultural issues, teens, young adults, and more.

Here, we teach empowerment, strength, and ways to overcome your difficult experiences. There can be peace, calm, beauty, and awe after this storm.

Providing you with a space to feel seen.

Your inherent intelligence and ability to connect to yourself can be revealed and encouraged through the therapeutic relationship that we will create together, which is why I will often turn to you for answers, as you are the ultimate authority on your life and experience.

About

I came into the field of psychology thanks to the help and support I received from my own therapist years ago. So after 10 years in Marketing and Advertising I went back to school to become a therapist, and never looked back.

Years of battling mold toxicity as an adult and child, then later Lyme Disease, I came to understand how bacteria and fungus in the brain causes a traumatic brain injury that mimics mental health diagnoses. For this reason, 70% of Lyme patients are misdiagnosed with a psychiatric disorder and placed on psychotropics. After spending 4 years Mold Avoiding in a trailer in desert locations, traveling the globe seeking healthcare, and experiencing the breadth of discrimination towards sick persons in our culture, I am here to walk this walk with you thanks to having overcome many of my own personal life challenges that have given me the empathy and understanding to be real with you. It’s my passion to bring this awareness into the field of psychology to help more chronically ill folks receive the empathy, support, and understanding that is severely lacking in our society, particularly around neuroinflammation.

Having received my Masters Degree at the California Institute of Integral Studies, today I practice holistic and integral psychology, taking the whole body, mind, and spirit into consideration, bringing a somatic, depth, and mindfulness approach to our work. I don’t subscribe to the belief that there is something wrong with you, rather "what happened to you".

I have been working with children, adults, and families since 2019 and am licensed in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC.
